Musart Festival: music and art in Florence
A festival pairing musical performances with the chance to take in the city’s artistic patrimony returns to Piazza Santissima Annunziata.
Musart is a totally Florentine festival, a fusion of music, art, dance, and culture.
Founded with the aim of pairing high-quality music with the rich artistic heritage of the city, the festival began in 2016 and has now reached its sixth edition, on the heels of huge successes in previous years.
You’ll be able to listen to and participate in concerts and performances of exceptional artistic value, not to mention impressive emotional and scenographic impact.
The artists who will perform on the Musart 2022 stage are: Roberto Bolle and his amazing dance, the music of LP, Achille Lauro, Goran Bregovic, rock the Opera and also Steve Hackett.
As per tradition, the festival closes with the concert at dawn a truly exciting experience. This year is going to be at 4.45 on July 26th with the music of Dado Moroni.
In addition to attending the shows, spectators can visit for free some of the most significant art sites adjacent to Piazza della Santissima Annunziata and Piazza Brunelleschi.
In the succession of editions, the number of historic gates that have opened their doors have increased, giving our spectators the opportunity to access even structures that are unknown to most or can only be visited on limited occasions.
