Apriti Cinema - Piazzale degli Uffizi


From 26 June to 6 August, in one of the most iconic squares of Florence, that of the Uffizi, Apriti Cinema returns, the forty-evening festival with arthouse films with subtitles in English or Italian, organized by Fondazione Sistema Toscana. Entrance is free while places last. 

The program includes films from international festivals, tributes for the centenary of the birth of Lauren Bacall and Marcello Mastroianni, the mini-exhibition “Uffizi Galleries – A film as a work of art”, the Gabriele Salvatores retrospective of the Fiesole Award to the Masters of Cinema , the two days of Irish titles at the N.I.C.E. And more, and much more; national previews in the presence of the directors.


Not just cinema in Manifattura 


From 25 June to 28 August, Not only cinema in the factory, evenings of love, war, travel, adventure, comedies, thrillers and science fiction. Between films, music, books, theater and meetings organized by MIM – Made in Manifattura and the Stensen Foundation. 


Cloister Former Convent of Sant'Orsola


From 1 July to 8 September 2024, the film festival curated by Spazio Alfieri arrives for the first time in the former convent of Sant'Orsola, the complex protagonist of a major recovery project. 


Cinema under the stars – Roman Theater of Fiesole


From 5 to 21 August, in the splendid Roman Theater of Fiesole, the Estate Fiesolana concludes the program with its summer arena: cinema under the stars curated by the Stensen Foundation. Instead of chairs and armchairs, the thousand-year-old stones of one of the oldest Roman theaters in existence!
