Apriti Cinema - Piazzale degli Uffizi

One of Florence’s most iconic squares, Piazzale degli Uffizi, hosts the return of Apriti Cinema from June 26 to August 7, made up of forty-evenings of auteur films in original language with italian or english subtitles, curated by Fondazione Sistema Toscana. Admission is free, subject to availability.

The beating heart of the programming, the titles proposed by the international festivals of "50 Days of Cinema in Florence," the Florence Korea Film Fest, the Latin American film festival Entre Dos Mundos, and the festival focused on the enhancement of short films, Sentiero Film Factory.


Non solo cinema in Manifattura

Non solo cinema in Manifattura (Cinema and not only in Manifattura) consists of seventy evenings of love, war, travel, adventure, comedies, thrillers and science fiction, with films, music, books, theatre and talks curated by MIM - Made in Manifattura and the Stensen Foundation.


Cinema in Villa – Villa Bardini 

Cinema returns to the magnificent Belvedere Terrace at the Bardini Gardens from July 4 to August 27, with a selection of big hits of the film season and timeless classics.
‘Cinema in famiglia’ Thursdays have been confirmed, with free admission for children and their accompanying adult(s) upon reservation.

Cinema nel Chiostro - Museo Novecento

From June 19th to September 10th, 2023, the film programming of the summer arena curated by Spazio Alfieri within Museo Novecento. The best films of the season, guest actors and directors, the program enriched by five restored cult films in the exhibition "Almodóvar: The Shape of Desire."


Estate Fiesolana – Roman Theatre of Fiesole

From August 6 to 23 at the spectacular Roman Theatre of Fiesole, Estate Fiesolana completes the round-up with its summer series: cinema sotto le stelle (under the stars) by the Stensen Foundation. Instead of chairs and armchairs, take a seat on the centuries-old stones of one of the oldest Roman theatres in existence!
