The tour will start with the visit of the Uffizi Gallery that will introduce you to the museum’s most famous Renaissance works: Giotto, Botticelli with its famous Birth of Venus, Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo and many more. You will experience the wealth of this famous city and understand why Florence is the birthplace of the Renaissance.

After the Uffizi you will have all the time you need to join the Tour to the famous David (Academy Gallery), starting at 11:15. See Michelangelo’s famous David and the unfinished “Prisoners”.

Included is a detailed introduction to Michelangelo’s life and his extraordinary era.

So you can complete your knowledge about Renaissance Art (culture, painting and sculpture).

At the end of the tour, you are welcome to remain in the Academy Gallery on your own until closing time.                                                                                                                   

The tour is available daily (except monday) in English language. The tous is not available the first Sunday of each month.
