The excursion includes the descent of the Sieve river in the countryside, just 30 minutes from the center of Florence.

This route alternates between quiet and relaxing portions to rapids (like Masseto's dam). About half way through we will do a picnic stop on the river banks with a refreshing swim afterwards. During the excursion we will frequently encounter several species of the local typical fauna (herons, gulls, roe deers etc.) in their natural habitat.
