Nu Ovo (a pun that comes from the division of the word nuovo, which literally means new, and gives nu+ovo = nu+egg) was born during a fried egg-based dinner.

One of those things you don’t eat any more, if not for a quick meal when you’re alone. One of those things that remind you of your childhood, your grandma, the winter afternoons, traditions.

One of those simple and quick things, which however have all you need: tastiness and nutritional properties. A thing that everybody takes for granted. Therefore, the “Nu Ovo” project aims at enhancing all this. This is why we have chosen the egg.
