The Next Generation Fest was born from an idea of ​​the Spokesperson of President Giani with responsibility for Youth Policies, Bernard Dika, as an opportunity to discuss and listen to Gen Z and Alfa, to involve young people as community builders, through a succession of talks, inspirational speeches and live performances by content creators, artists, athletes, historians, entrepreneurs, communicators and personalities from the world of entertainment.

The fourth edition celebrates the Italian Republic Day, to reaffirm the values ​​of the Republic and our Constitution. Yesterday as today, the young generations are and must increasingly be protagonists. With this goal, Next Generation Fest 2025 will host dozens of speakers on the stage of the Teatro del Maggio, who will interact with the thousands of young people in the audience (18,000 in 2024).

In addition to the main stage, there are many spaces of the Next Generation Fest that each guest can explore. Among these:

– NGF Garden, interview and debate area curated by Toscana Notizie and Intoscana,

– NGF Expo, stand area of ​​regional, national and European bodies, to learn about the opportunities available to young people,

– NGF Job, area curated by ARTI, Regional Employment Agency, which will promote meetings between previously selected young people looking for work and Tuscan companies, for an initial interview.
