This year the Weihnachtsmarkt, the traditional German Christmas market, is over twenty years of Florentine editions. If you are looking for the flavor of "Northern Europe", you must go to Piazza Santa Croce, where you will find a typical German market with wooden houses that sell Christmas decorations, home decorations, winter clothing and many delights: you will not be able to resist the goodness of food offered, such as crunchy pretzels, savory Bavarian sausages or fragrant mulled wine with a slice of strudel, ideal for warming up and filling up with the Christmas spirit.
