EVENT DESCRIPTION.

The event, organized by Associazione La Fierucola APS was born in 1984 as a farmers' market and today reflects the exemplification of the true sustainable and low-impact market. The cornerstone of La Fierucola lies in organic farming practices that focus on circular production systems, local food production and distribution.

Enriching the two-day fair program will be free biscuit and baking workshops held in the square (at 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon and 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning) during which, bakers will offer their sourdough.
