The 60 years of Il Bisonte. From a successful print shop to a renowned international school

This year's exhibition is dedicated to Il Bisonte, the historic Florentine printing house which later became the International School of Graphic Art on its 60th anniversary. The exhibition is set up in the following two venues: Centro espositivo “Antonio Berti”, in the town centre (via Bernini 57), and the premises of the art gallery “La Soffitta - Spazio delle Arti” (at the Association 'Unione Operaia di Colonnata, piazza Rapisardi 6). At the "Antonio Berti" Center are on display about 70 works made by the great masters who worked at the Stamperia Il Bisonte since its opening, in 1959, until 1983, like Picasso, Moore, Sutherland, Chadwick, Lipchitz, Arroyo, Soffici, Carrà, Maccari, Magnelli, Severini, Cremonini and Annigoni. The Soffitta Spazio delle Arti welcomes a collective exhibition with around 50 works by teachers and students who have attended the courses of the school Il Bisonte over thirty-five years.
