Momoyama focuses on the quality of raw materials by selecting only the first choices of the daily catch.

It offers 3 different menu types:

  1. Its classic Japanese menu consists of raw fish (sushi, sashimi, inside out rolls, tenpura roll) and cooked dishes (ghioza, udon, teryaki chicken and torikara) through a rich selection of dishes of the day, the result of continuous experimentation from part of our chefs.
  2. The "inventive kitchen" that eliminates the fixed menu and promotes special dishes of the day determined by the seasonal availability of raw materials.
  3. And the "Noodle bar" for lunch (a menu consisting of a selection of Japanese spaghetti that can be combined as desired and ramen) which has allowed us to combine the high quality of the raw materials with the needs of the lunch, guaranteeing our customers an economic, rapid solution and abundant.
Momoyama's cuisine follows a few simple rules: Simplicity, quality and research. Simplicity, because good things do not need to be covered by too invasive flavors or sauces. Quality, because the raw materials we select carefully every day guarantee the maximum freshness and seasonality of the products.
