Middle East Now, the festival of cinema, documentaries, visual arts, music, culinary events and meetings, dedicated to the contemporary Middle East, is back. Middle East Now is organized by Map of Creation, a non-profit cultural association based in Florence and active in the production of documentary films and the realization of cultural events. We deal with contemporary cinema, art and culture, focused on strong themes of the contemporary world, as a powerful tool for knowledge of reality and cultural integration. Their research currently focuses on cultural, social and political issues of the Middle East.

A week of cinema and culture from the Middle East and North Africa, with the most recent and internationally awarded films, documentaries and shorts, art, photography, comics, music, food, meetings, special events and much more.
