Inaugurated in 1914, Sabatini is a restaurant rich in history, a place where famous personalities, artists, and politicians such as Richard Nixon, Alain Delon, Fred Astaire, Brigitte Bardot, Luigi Einaudi have eaten. The work of the architect Stigler, who in 1955 used the furnishings of a deconsecrated church from the 1500s, Sabatini is still the only restaurant in Italy protected by the Fine Arts.
