For several years, the "Friends of the Theatre" Association has been organizing events with a historical significance. This year, it is organizing an event dedicated to Anna Maria Luisa de' Medici, the last descendant of the great Florentine family, better known as the Electress Palatine. The event will include a Grand Ball and dinner in 18th-century costume in honor of the Electress, beginning at 7:30 PM at the Hotel St. Regis in Piazza Ognissanti on Sunday, December 7, 2025. During the dinner, Anna Maria Luisa de' Medici and her work in preserving her family's artistic heritage will be commemorated.
