EVENT DESCRIPTION

This exhibition, strongly desired by Gianni Caridi, born in 1933, a long-time hotelier and Florentine by birth, invades the common spaces of the Hotel, which was originally a convent of the Canossian nuns. 

Caridi fell in love with the original cribs, each one a unique piece, as the tradition of craftsmanship dictates, made by another young man, like him, over 10 years ago. Hence the idea of the exhibition, which, year after year, attracts more and more visitors. 

Admission is strictly free, but those who wish can leave a gift to the Tommasino Bacciotti Foundation. When the exhibition closes on 6 January, Gianni Caridi and his family double the proceeds.
