EVENT DESCRIPTION

On Saturday, May 25, the Historical Archives of the European Union (ASUE) will open to the public for a day of guided tours, music, circus activities and more at the Archives and Villa Salviati.

Apprentice Tour Guides from the Italian Environmental Fund (FAI - Florence delegation) will guide visitors through the villa's beautiful gardens and rooms, and archivists will explain the modern repositories where European memory is preserved. To participate in the guided tours it is necessary to book in advance through FAI on the event's webpage.

Entrance is open and free, pedestrian-only access from Via Bolognese 156 and Via Faentina 261. A shuttle bus will be available at the terminus of bus No. 1A on Via Faentina for visitors with reduced mobility to reach Villa Salviati.
