EVENT DESCRIPTION:

From 19 February 2023, the Uffizi will host a new exhibition of eight rooms. At the center of this new reorganization stand naturally many masterpieces of Caravaggio, pivotal figure and pivotal link between Renaissance painting and the seventeenth century.

This new exhibition is based on a thematic and artistic approach that stimulates the curiosity of the visitor, transporting him into the atmosphere of the time and into the history of the Medici collections. Thanks to the combination of Florentine painting with contemporary Italian and international experiences, the spirit of the time is thus re-proposed, open to suggestions from every country.
