EXTENDED PROGRAM

The Buonamici Oil Mill offers you a new experience of aromas and flavours with a tasting of its extra virgin olive oil. Upon arrival, you will be taken on a tour of the olive groves, where our cultivation techniques, the different types of olives, and the processing and harvesting methods will be explained, ending with an explanation of the pressing process with a visit to the underground mill.

There will be a first tasting in the glass followed by a second tasting on the plate, enjoying it with typical Tuscan bread, the bruschetta. Four different types of oil will be tasted. The oil will then be paired with various types of seasonal vegetables and local finger food with a bottle of prosecco. To finish we will serve a dessert prepared with our Olio Evo on the panoramic terrace.

Before saying goodbye, you can stop by our shop and you will receive a souvenir to take home to taste your dishes with our EVO oil.
