What you will find

6-course menu. In the splendid setting of the Hills of Fiesole, a few km from Florence, the haute cuisine of the Michelin-starred Chef Matia Barciulli merges with the award-winning oils of the Frantoio Cesare Buonamici.




EXTENDED PROGRAM

You will be guided in the tasting of 6 starred dishes in which extra virgin olive oil from the Buonamici Frantoio is the main ingredient and you will be able to learn new combinations of extra virgin olive oil and the benefits it brings.

A complete immersion in the green hills of Fiesole and the best combinations with dishes with our Italian extra virgin olive oil.

The structure remains open for lunch with reservations on request.

Up to a maximum of 7 people it is possible to book a mini transfer departing from Florence at a cost of €10 return per person. Pickup points: Piazza Beccaria, Via Fiume, Porta Romana, Leopolda Station
