What the Package Includes:

• Runner Fee: registration with bib for the Estra Firenze Marathon on Sunday 30 November 2025
• 1 overnight stay in a 4 Hotel in the central area, near the Santa Maria Novella Station
• Breakfast (early breakfast at 6.30 on request)
• 3 course Saturday dinner with sports menu

Booking Method

Please use the request form on this page indicating:

• n° of participants in the marathon (note: it is mandatory that participants meet the requirements of the 2025 Marathon Regulations. See below).
• n° of companions
• type of room(s) desired
• correct contact details

Following receipt of the request, the Destination Florence staff will contact you to finalize the booking and provide all the necessary details.

Cancellation Policy

• From 60 to 30 days before arrival: penalty of 50% of the booking amount
• From 29 days to the day of arrival: penalty of 100%
• Non-refundable marathon registration: the registration fee for the race can never be refunded. Failure to participate in the 2025 edition allows the transfer of the registration to the 2026 edition. The penalties referred to are those of the Firenze Marathon regulation (see below) under "FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE".

Marathon Regulations:

• FIDAL membership card, RunCard, RunCard EPS (with a valid Sports Promotion Body card attached)
• medical certificate for competitive athletics
• payment
